When teams believe that collaboratively they have the expertise to develop assessment capable,
socially capable and emotionally capable learners, they actually do! In this session, explore how
Impact Teams leverage the sources of efficacy to amplify the most powerful Visible Learning
influence, collective teacher efficacy (CTE). Collective teacher efficacy (CTE) refers to a learning organization’s collective belief that through evidence-based, collective actions, they can positively advance student learning, including those students who are not contributing actively to their own learning or the learning of others. When teachers have agency, they have the capacity to act purposefully and constructively to direct their own professional growth and contribute to the growth of their colleagues.
In this session learn how to:
• Expand collaborative inquiry to strengthen teacher agency
• Leverage purposeful protocols for structured processes and guidelines to promote
meaningful, efficient communication, problem solving and overall learning
• Design an Impact Team Inquiry Cycle with our blueprint for success
           · Amplify appreciative inquiry as a process to grow collaborative expertise
