New Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) Template and Panel This morning session will be an overview of the new California LCAP template, which districts, county offices of education (COEs) and charter schools will be required to use for their 2019-20 LCAPs. In addition, there will be a panel of representatives of County Offices of Education, including fiscal personnel and district LCAP representatives to discuss their approach to using the new template. There will also be time for Q & A. Suggested audience would be district, COE and charter school team of both fiscal and education program personnel responsible for reflecting the district educational program and distribution of resources on the LCAP template.
